AMERICAN AIRLINES EMPLOYEES GIVE FROM THE HEART - Marian Licce read the insert about Union Gospel Mission in Fort Worth’s Star Telegram. She was impressed that we could feed people Thanksgiving dinner for $1.52 and was inspired to help. Instead of just writing a check, she and friend Ruth Salas – both American Airlines Fleet Service Clerks (baggage handlers) – gave up their lunch break to walk the ramps in the baggage terminal at DFW Airport and asked their co-workers for contributions.(read more)
